MPNDC will provide general assistance to commercial property owners, businesses needs or opportunities.
Storefront Renovation Program
MPNDC will be responsible for the marketing of the city of Cleveland Storefront Renovation Program in the Mt. Pleasant service area to commercial buildings and business owners.
Design Review Program
MPNDC will provide technical assistance to residential, commercial, mixed use and industrial property owners whose permit driven exterior rehabilitation projects are in city-designated design districts.
